Jimmy Forrest Forrest Fire New Jazz 8250 mono purple label deep groove

Purple label with deep groove and "RVG" in runouts both sides. "203 So. Washington Ave., Bergenfield, N.J." address on back cover.
The record looks VG+ and plays VG++ to M-. Light scuffs on both sides. Very small, app 1/4 inch, light scratch at end of Side 1 Track 2 ticks inaudibly below music. Side 2, Track 2 and beginning of Track 3, has a similar scratch which does not affect play. Grooves look played a few times, but not worn or damaged.
The cover is VG to VG+.
The front cover has some fading with heavy wear and some ring wear. The back cover has heavy wear, sticker residue at top at spine and "RW" stamp. Bottom seam is split and taped app 6 inches at the pocket. Top seam and spine are not split. Heavy wear spots and denting at the corners.
