Up for bid is a rare 7", "Wipe Your Tears / Don't Leave Me No More," by Jimmy Nolen, who played guitar in James Brown's Band from 1965-1970. This was released by Federal (45-12262) in 1956. 45 is VG+, with several tiny faint scuffs and a couple of very small light scratches on either side. There is a pressing defect - at the end of each track there is a bubble in the vinyl. This causes several pops during the last couple of rotations of each song. 45 is very clean and retains a nice gloss. 45 plays with some surface noise (crackle, tics, and pops) but has no skips. Etched matrix info reads F-45-519-1 / F-45-520-1. 45 comes in an original Federal paper sleeve. Don't miss your chance to pick up this rare gem!
