Description
THIS IS A RELISTED ITEM. AFTER TWO WEEKS OF PROMISES THE BUYER DID NOT HONOR THEIR COMMITMENT TO PAY FOR THE ALBUM.
Jimmy Page/Chris Farlowe & The Thunderbirds THE BEGINNING... 1LP Vinyl EXTREMELY limited edition SIGNED by Jimmy Page and Chris Farlowe. I ordered this LP the day it was announced (it shipped in May 2017), and all copies were sold out by end of day.
COMMENTS: Pictures 3 through 10 show each LP corner, starting from the Front Upper Left and proceeding clockwise (Pictures 3 through 6) and in the same order for the rear (Pictures 7 through 10).
Pictures 11 and 12 show the original shipping box (front and back).
Picture 13 shows the (slightly redacted) original shipping order that will be included with the LP for additional provenance.
LIGHT FIXTURE
Picture 15 shows a light fixture in my ceiling which is often reflected by album covers, especially glossy, black covers. You can see the reflection in the rear lower right corner, overlapping with the band photo. This is not an LP cover flaw.
MORE INFO: Here is the original promotional verbiage describing this historic release:
Chris Farlowe and The Thunderbirds: The Beginning is now available in two editions: Standard and Deluxe. This 1-LP, 1-CD set is available signed by Chris Farlowe and Jimmy Page in a limited edition release bringing the signatures of two music legends together for the very first time.
Chris Farlowe and The Thunderbirds: The Beginning…presents a 12-song demo recording produced by legendary guitarist and producer Jimmy Page. Recorded in 1961 at RG Jones Sound Studio in Morden, London, this historic session marks the launch of a highly successful career for Chris Farlowe.
It was also the very first official turn in the producer’s chair for Jimmy Page who went on to capture the timeless studio and live performances of Led Zeppelin that today serve as a blueprint for all modern rock recordings that followed in their formidable wake.
“Jimmy suggested that he wanted to record a demo album of the band, so he booked the RG Jones studio in Morden, London, and now after 56 years, it is to see the light of day.”

About Me: I'm a long time Ebay buyer and seller intent on selling a significant portion of my LP collection over the next year or two (or three!). I believe in the auction process, so I list my LPs with low opening bids and NO RESERVES. Please have a look at some of the feedback I've gotten over the years; you will be hard-pressed to find a better or more trustworthy source for high value collectibles. The LPs I sell here are routinely listed on other sites at very high asking prices. Here's your chance to get these fantastic rarities in an open auction, reflecting their true market value. I believe this is the most fair process for both buyer and seller -- and it's way more fun!
I look forward to getting rare, out of print records into the hands of music lovers, record collectors and audiophiles (I consider myself all of the above). All LPS stored in a smoke-free, climate controlled environment.
COMBINED SHIPPING: I am more than happy to combine shipping. Ebay buyers pay the actual postage costs and a single $2 charge for shipping materials.
PayPal Payments Only. Payment required within 3 days after the end of auction. All records will ship USPS Media Mail.
