Description

On offer here is a great Prog / Rock album by Jody Grind. This is called Far Canal and is an original UK Transatlantic record issued in 1970. This was their second LP and is an enjoyable listen including some hard rock and more gentle songs.  Also this album is in very respectable condition.

The sleeve is a little worn with a few small laminate creases, very light ringwear on the back and some minor sellotape residue near the opening. This has not damaged the cover and is barely noticeable on either side , but there is a name and address written in biro neatly on the rear top right of the sleeve. The spine is readable and edges are fine. All faults are minor and I will still grade the sleeve as Very Good Condition.

Visually the record has been well looked after and does not appear to have been played that much. There is only a little spindle wear and light hairlines indicative of sleeve removal. There is also a name written neatly on Side 2. Again still in nice condition and graded as Very Good.

The record plays really well on my stereo. Again like I said before its a great listen and a lot better than most Prog stuff of this era. There is minimal light static, but that's it, nothing to spoil your enjoyment of this LP. I will grade as Near Excellent or better.

Matrix numbers are Side 1 STRA 221 A1 and Side 2 STRA 221 B1.

Altogether a very respectable example of this rare LP.
