US 1st pressing Mono lp released on Blue Note New York address DG RVG carved in both sides of dead wax double sided deep groove.
Condition: Record is VG++ with a couple non feel-able surface marks, very very clean, I've had this copy forever and it sounds wonderful. The only reason i'm selling it is to pay rent. Cover G+ with  shelf wear and chiping. Labels clean with faint spindle trails.This was my baby treat her well sniffle. 
All records cleaned on a vpi 16.5 as needed. All records shipped outside of cover to prevent damage.
