Description
This double album came to me unplayed in the shrink. I took it out to vacuum clean & check for defects. Unfortunately it seems to have been quite roughly handled at the pressing plant. The playing surfaces don't look as one would hope for from a brand new record. There are a number of marks & plenty of scuffs/hairlines. Record one is certainly noiser at the beginning of each side than one would expect. Best to think about this as a very good second hand copy. The shrink wrap has tightened over the years & pushed in the corners a bit. It's been carefully opened & I've left it on for you to decide whether or not to remove it.
It does sound great though!
After unsealing I never put these discs back in the original sleeves but instead have put them in brand new poly lined inner sleeves.
All records are vacuum cleaned & play tested. All sent out in custom mailers with a stiffening cardboard.
If postage turns out to be cheaper for you than prices quoted I will always refund the difference.
Please take a look at my other items for sale where you will find other classical records. I am always happy to combine postage.
