Columbia 33CX1286/1287/1288 - Johanna Martzy plays Bach's unaccompanied violin sonatas. Covers and records are in good condition, however, after cleaning and hearing there are a few remarks. Om top of two covers there are some small, light blots.
The first record is strangely enough a dutch pressing, the other two are UK pressings.
At the beginning of side one, the first part, there is a small tick for some measures, also a bit noise at the beginning, which becomes less. In the middle and the end there is a crack, no tick.
Part two is fine. Part three one crack. Part 4, 5, 6 and 7 are fine.
On side two, the first and second part, there are a few small cracks. Part three has a tick. Part 4 a tick and some small cracks.
Side three, the first three parts are fine, part 4 has a tick.
On side four there is a tick by the transit from part one to two, further with part three fine. On part four some small cracks and a tick.
On side five part one and two are fine. On part three some small ticks. On part 4 some other ticks.
On side 6 there are some ticks and a crack, for the rest fine.
I have put it as honest as posible. Nevertheless the music on the records is superb!
