For auction today: Orig UK pressing. Blue and gold Columbia label. Cover of Volume 3 has slight r/wear on both sides.. Disc has 1 light scratch and 1 light mark.... I have tried to show scratch in photo. I could not hear any clicks as needle went over the scratch. I played it all the way through. No skips or jumps. Otherwise, the disc is nice and clean with no other damage I could see.
Cover of Volume 2 has slight r/wear on front only. Disc has 1 extremely light mark. See under harsh lamplight. Otherwise, lovely and glossy.Cover of Volume 1 has slight r/wear on both sides. Disc has 1 extremely light mark. See under harsh lamplight. Otherwise, lovely and glossy.
Please note: I don;t play grade classical records. I know how pedantic classical record collectors are. The discs of these 30+ year old records will have dirt and dust and/or mould on them and I don;t clean them first, so if they play with crackles etc... that is normal and if I say so, and I get lower bids, then the records appear worse than what they really can be after a clean on a VPI or similar and so, then I do myself a disservice. Happy to play them and tell you about any groovewear but that;s about the extent of it. If you buy any of my classical albums, you clean them any way you want, if you so desire. Up to you.
