this one is an absolute classic and incredibly rare too. an original us handmade sleeve pressing of the total killer "i don't remember now / i don't want to talk about it" 1st LP by john bender.
released in 1980 on the shortlived record sluts label out of cincinatti, this is RS001 and each copy within the pressing of 1000 was handmade so no 2 are the same. incredible, beautiful electronics which would appeal to all fans of lo-fi, industrial, minimal synth (this almost creates the genre!) throbbing gristle, the normal, suicide, private pressings, the NWW list- it's appeal is wideranging. just plain killer. hand made sleeve, numbered too.
this copy is like my own, it has a photocopied / xeroxed insert sheet mentioning reviews and stuff. i don't know if it's the original insert, it looks newer but as i say, it's the same as my own....
this is at a great opening start price as several on popsike for the past and discogs now are above £200. just awesome.
excellent condition sleeve and insert, and vinyl is too. just the fientist sounds of the odd tick in places but excellent overall...
