John Cage Meets Sun Ra

Condition/Jacket: Solid VG+ generally with an unfortunate crease in upper left; would be EX otherwise. See note below.
Condition/Vinyl: Strong EX but I’m tempted to say NM
Notes: EXTREMELY RARE. I purchased this myself at the merch table at a Sun Ra show in Madison, Wisconsin in or around 1988. I’m not sure I ever played it, and the crease on the cover happened as the guy was handing it to me – it was the last copy he had so I didn’t care!
Grading, Handling, and Packing
I grade conservatively and play-grade most titles. Records are shipped clean: at minimum I give them a few rotations with a carbon-fiber brush, and many are cleaned with a Nitty Gritty cleaner before grading. Records are shipped in new record shipping boxes with cardboard inserts, and I include a new outer poly sleeve and lined inner. Vinyl is always shipped outside of jacket in the new sleeve to prevent seam splits, with original inner sleeve shipped inside of jacket, also to prevent seam splits.
Box sets are not shipped in a poly outer sleeve but I do replace any plain paper inner sleeves with poly sleeves, and if the contents ot the box do not fit snugly I include a cardboard or bubble wrap insert so the records and any printed materials don’t move around in shipping.
Shipping: US Buyers
Single and standard double LPs are shipped via USPS Media Mail for a flat fee of $4. The flat fee covers delivery confirmation as well as the partial cost of the new record mailer and inserts, poly sleeve, and new poly inner sleeve.
Box sets and multiple LPs are shipped Media Mail at actual cost, so if you have purchased multiple LPs or a box set, PLEASE WAIT UNTIL I SEND THE INVOICE TO PAY FOR YOUR PURCHASE so that I can properly weigh and price the final package (eBay will apparently not allow you to enter anything over $4 for Media Mail).
High-value LPs are insured at no cost to the buyer.
You can always let me know if you'd like another shipping method and I will accommodate, at actual cost.
Shipping: Outside the US
I will ship anywhere in the world under the following conditions:
- For non-US buyers, shipping is billed at actual cost using USPS First Class International.
- I will add Registered Mail for tracking purposes to certain countries (Italy, Russia, Turkey, Greece, and others). If you live in one of these countries (or another country I deem to be high-risk), and you choose to skip the registered mail option you will assume the risks of shipping.
- International buyers, PLEASE WAIT UNTIL I SEND THE INVOICE TO PAY FOR YOUR PURCHASE so that I can properly weigh and price the final package.
I normally do not take returns, but the buyer should be in touch with me if upon receipt s/he feels that something has been misrepresented. I'm an extremely reasonable guy.
