- RVG stamped in the dead wax
- P ("ear") for Plastylite stamped in the runout
- 9M etched in the runout
- front laminated jacket
- 47 West 63rd St., New York 23 address on back cover, no Inc.

VINYL visual - superficial hairlines EXCELLENT
Sound quality - light crackles and average here and there, but the music is extra dynamic and without distortion, generally close to EXCELLENT but conservatively VERY GOOD +
LABELS - as at the pictures EXCELLENT +
COVER - very little worn EXCELLENT +
INNER SLEEVE - clean EXCELLENT +
