John Coltrane Quartet Ballads Impulse A-32 stereo orange and black label
John Coltrane (ts), McCoy Tyner (p), Reggie Workman, Jimmy Garrison (b), Elvin Jones (d), etc Recorded 1962
Black and orange label with "Bell Sound" in the runouts both sides. "Product Of ABC-Paramount Records, Inc." on back cover.
Record looks M- and plays VG++. No scratches and no scuffs. Grooves do not show wear.
The laminated, gatefold cover is VG+.
Cover is laminated and foldout. The front cover is shiny with moderate wear and a few small spots where the laminate is buckling. The back cover has moderate wear and the laminate is torn along the pocket. Inside foldout is clean, bright and nice. No split seams. Spine is bright and readable. Small spots of heavy wear at the corners.

My highest grade is M- and I rarely grade 50s or 60s records M-. Records are graded visually using the Goldmine system. M-, VG++, VG+, VG, VG- etc. I play grade any potential problem areas. I attempt to grade conservatively, listing all significant flaws. You will be satisfied. No hassles.
