2009 Reissue by audiophile label Original Recordings Group (ORG 012/Impulse A-32). Promo copy that is opened but is unplayed. Vinyl records have not ever been removed from the original inner sleeves.
This is a numbered limited edition of 1250 copies worldwide. This is for number 991/1250
Remastered from the original master tapes by Bernie Grundman. Possibly the last version every mastered from the original tapes. Pressed at The Pallas Group in Germany.

Gatefold sleeve, limited edition.
Although this is the stereo version and there is a logo differentiating between the stereo and mono catalogue numbers on the opened gatefold, this sleeve seems to be copied from the mono version.
