John Coltrane Blue Train Blue Note 1577 mono original pressing 47 West 63rd Street deep groove edition. RVG and the classic "ear" stamped in the dead wax. No "R" on label, New York 23 on rear cover lower label. Record condition is close to VG+, play graded and just a touch of dead wax entry surface noise and goes away quickly, played but well kept original pressing. Acquired from an elderly gentleman who took superb care of his records and this is the second copy of this classic I was able to acquire and now I offer it to the jazz collecting public. The cover has a little rear wear, can be seen in the photo above, no seam splits or writing. Just a classic record and the new owner will love this classic Blue Note pressing. Curtis Fuller, Lee Morgan, Philly Joe Jones, Paul Chambers and Kenny Drew the band. Please bid this one up a lot as it is the last ime we may see this original pressign for some time, well kept record, , just one or two very light hairlike surface marks, a touch of entry surface noise on the dead wax and then disappears.
