Green and blue label with deep groove both sides. "1841 Broadway, New York 23, New York" address on back cover.

Record looks and plays VG+. There's a scuff across most of Side 1 that doesn't affect play and some other small light scuffs. There's 2 small scratches on Side 2 Track 1 that tick near level of music for most of track. There's a press bump on Track 4 that thumps 4 times well below the level of the music.

The cover is VG++.

The front cover is shiny and bright with light wear. The back cover has moderate wear. No split seams. Seams and spine have only very light wear.
