John Coltrane - Giant Steps - Atlantic SD 1311, stereo, 1966-67.  

Vinyl is VG    Strong VG, some light hairlines and paper scuffs, a couple feelable marks.  Labels look VG++.

Sleeve is VG    Minor corner and edge wear, mild discoloration on front/heavy discoloration on back.  Atlantic inner.
