John Coltrane A Love Supreme Impulse AS-77 stereo "Orange and black ABC Records" label
John Coltrane (ts), McCoy Tyner (p), Jimmy Garrison (b) Elvin Jones (d) Recorded 1964
"Orange and Black ABC Records New York, NY" label with "Van Gelder" in the runout both sides. Cover is laminated and foldout. Spine is black and white. It is an altered mono cover. Impulse did this sometimes. "Stereo" stickers placed over "Mono" on front and back. On spine "Mono" is blacked out with magic marker.
Record looks M- and plays strong VG++ due to vinyl quality. No scratches, scuffs or marks. Vinyl is glossy and grooves do not show wear or graying. Record looks like it has only been played a few times.
Cover is gorgeous M-. . Front cover looks beautiful. It is super bright and glossy and has very little or no wear. Very small dents at the top corners. No split seams. All seams and spine are tight, unworn and intact. The back cover has light wear and area near pocket where cellophane is peeling from laminate. Inside of foldout is VG++. Looks beautiful and unworn with some fading along the top.

My highest grade is M- and I rarely grade 50s or 60s records M-. Records are graded visually using the Goldmine system. M-, VG++, VG+, VG, VG- etc. I play grade any potential problem areas. I attempt to grade conservatively, listing all significant flaws. You will be satisfied. No hassles.
