Up for bid is a rare LP, "Lush Life" by John Coltrane. This is a mono first pressing, released by Prestige (PRLP 7188). Here is some extra info about this LP:

First pressing with yellow fireworks label featuring Bergenfield address.1st cat# on front cover; 2nd cat# on center labels
Interior labels are yellow with the fireworks logo and a deep grove, with the Bergenfield address on either side. LP is a solid VG+, with scuffs and a couple of light scratches on either side. LP plays with some surface noise with no skips. A professional clean may reduce surface noise. LP retains a nice gloss. Matrix info is as follows: Stamped RVG followed by etched PRLP-7188-A followed by what appears to be an etched "AB" / Stamped RVG followed by etched PRLP-7188-B followed by what appears to be an an etched "AB". Listen to tracks from this actual LP, for reference (due to file size constraints, I had to include an excerpt of "Lush Lush." However, a majority of the track is present for your review.) :

Jacket is a solid VG+, with one seam split in the center of the bottom seam about 1 1/2 inches long. All corners show wear. Front of the jacket retains bright coloring. Back of jacket has small spots of discoloration (see pictures). Back of jacket has the "Bergenfield" address printed at bottom. Does not include original interior paper sleeve, however the LP has been placed into a plain white paper sleeve. This is a beautiful copy of this original mono press. Don't miss this rare gem! We will pack this securely for safe delivery - this will be a little heavy due to the inserts we put in the LP mailer. LP will be removed from the jacket to prevent seam splits during shipment of package. Domestic delivery will be via USPS media mail including a tracking number.
