Mega Rare LP of John Coltrane - Meditations (Impulse A-9110 - stereo) Original Orange and Black label edition with Van Gelder on both sides - NOT a current re-issue! One of Coltrane's best later spiritual albums features the tenor master along with Pharoah Sanders, McCoy Tyner, Rashied Ali, Elvin Jones and JimmyGarrison in an acknowledged masterpiece that no serious jazz collector can be without.
The LP is in VG+ condition with marks that will make noise and with much of the original shine - not for the audiophile, but not trashed either - still, you will hear noise on this one. The cover is in VG+ condition with some general age/shelf wear and a split starting inside the gatefold, but NO tape, NO writing, NO stickers, NO stamps. NOT perfect, but how many of these do you see anymore in any condition?
The LP will be carefully packed using professional materials (over twenty years experience safely selling jazz LPs around the world).
