John Coltrane My Favorite Things 1966 Stereo Repress Green/Blue Labels VG/VG.
For auction is a very good listeners copy of My Favorite Things by legendary American jazz saxophonist, composer and bandleader, John Coltrane. His seventh studio album but his third on Atlantic Records released in March 1961. It was also Coltrane’s first record that features him on soprano sax. This copy is a 1966 stereo repress with Green/Blue Atlantic labels with black fan.
Vinyl is play graded VG. Some visible surface marks but nothing deep that can be felt. Plays with mild background noise of static and crackling of various degrees at times but never overwhelming. No skips or jumps. Please see pics.
Laminated cover is also in VG condition. Nice gloss! Shelf wear on corners and seams. Lower right corner has a tiny split from open edge. Other than that no other splits. Title is fully legible. Some parts of lamination are creased on front. Stains along top and bottom on back paste on. On front there is a sticker stain over white “stereo”. Please see pics.
