John Coltrane Quartet, Ballads, 1965 reissue, gatefold, stereo, VG++. Very nice record, shiny with no damage, several small barely visible marks (something akin to scuffs) on one side that do not affect play. Album plays perfectly with no background noise. Looks like a 1965 reissue; A-32 on front and rear cover, AS-32 inside gateway and AS-32 A and AS-32 B on the record labels. The runout portion of the album has AS 32A - 1A - L Bell Sound followed by IIII - III on Side 1, Side 2 has AS 32B - 1B Bell Sound, I - IIIII. At the bottom of the back cover it says A PRODUCT OF ABC-PARAMOUNT RECORDS, INC. Gatefold cover is nice overall, top left has a small area of damage, some crease-like marks that aren't creases along top middle, inside gateway looks great, some of the clear coating on the rear of the album cover is peeling back from the left edge, see photos. No split seams, no noticeable ring wear and spine intact. Would rate the record VG++ and cover VG to VG+. Thanks for looking.
