John Coltrane Quartet - Ballads (Vinyl LP, Play-tested VG+) 8 tracks on Impulse Stereo A-32
Vinyl looks a bit dirty and has numerous scuff marks visible under bright light. There are raised dimples in the vinyl the size of a small pinhead on Side 1 Track 2, and Side 2 Tracks 3 & 4 - five in total. Outer sleeve VG+ with shelf-wear on front, left side and a smaller amount on the reverse side.
Comes with a Licorice Pizza poly-vinyl inner sleeve.
Listening test: Rated VG+: Mostly clean sound but with the following reservations: Side 1: Minor to medium surface noise throughout Track 1. Minor surface noise in a few places on Tracks 2 and 3. Side 2: Minor surface noise on Track 1 at the very end of Track 3.
I purchased this record new between 1973 and 1976.
