Description: This is rare Japanese PROMO 3LP Box Set ( released in 1977 ) of John Coltrane Live album, coming with complete appendices. This album was recorded live at Sankei Hall, Tokyo, Japan on Jul.11, 1966 ( previously unreleased ... according to AD on obi ). The booklet shows “Japanese description” & “Photos of John”. “SAMPLE” letters are printed in Japanese on each label of discs. It’s hard to find this item in complete shape even in my country. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.

Condition: VG/EX-/NM-/NM- ( Cover / Disc 1/2/3 )
BOX-COVER: Cover is good in condition. There’re light scratch lines in places on the surface of front-lid. It’s clean on the back & inside gate-fold. Otherwise it has no tear, edge-wear, ring-wear, dent, strip, stain & writing...OK.
DISC 1: Disc 1 is excellent in condition, keeping glossy. It has a few slight scuffs & scratches on Side B ( inaudible ). There’re a few spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise it has none of any hairline, which is to be rated as “EX-". No flaw on the groove of Side A.
DISC 2/3: Both discs are nearly TOP in condition, keeping glossy. Each disc has a few to several spindle-marks on the label of Side B. Otherwise each disc has none of any scuff, scratch & hairline, which can be rated as “NM”. No flaw on the groove of both…very clean discs, I guarantee you.
OBI: VG, being waving on the surface of back. A horizontal folding crease is in the middle of each side.
BOOKLET: G+, being creased with spots in places on the surface of each page.
INSERT: VG, being creased in places with minor stain-marks on the surface of each side.
