Description

This is the Van Gelder-stamped stereo pressing of John Coltrane “Ballads” on the coated labels of Impulse AS-32. The playing surface is in excellent condition, with a high luster. The laminated cover is bright and clean throughout; ¼” wear on the top and bottom seams, at the opening; 1/8” wear at the spine corners; lamination lifting/flaking along the opening on the back panel. ABC inner sleeve is included. Personnel include McCoy Tyner, Jimmy Garrison, and Elvin Jones. $100.00.
