Overall in excellent used condition, sleeve is VG+ / excellent with some light general age / storage wear and slight marks, some light rubbing to the top edges and around the edges but no seam splits. Front "pocket" is still attached to the front, a little squashed down but intact and fits the book (book now kept separate though), looks as if the pocket may have been reattached at some point over the years. The book itself is excellent, some rubbing / light marks / stains to the front and back covers but clean pages and no loose pages. Vinyl looks excellent, minimal signs of wear or play with few visible surface marks. played but with care, from a single owner collection (VISUAL GRADE ONLY - UNABLE TO PLATY CHECK). Cat. No. EPC 84083.
