This is signed very nicely by John on the back cover in Blue pen.
He wrote "Tim, Peace! John Denver"
100% authentic you don't see many albums signed by him specially nicely and very clean and clear.
The back side has a address sticker on the bottom right corner.
Has the address who the record was made out to.
A nice piece to frame up.
Condition: Record and sleeve are in ok to good condition. Has splits along the edges the whole left side of the cover edge is split but still intact. Theres some good amount of wear on the edges. The back cover where John signed next to his picture is very nice and clean so you can see the autograph nicely.
