Description
4 BBC transcription discs from the 1981 5 disc set 'John Lennon 1940 -1980'.
The discs are:
1st Disc: Part 1 Side 1 of 2 148628-S; Part 2 Side 1 of 2 148630-S Cat. no. CN 3756/S
2nd Disc: Part 1 Side 2 of 2 148629-S; Part 2 Side 2 of 2 148631-S Cat. no CN 3756/S
3rd Disc: Part 3 Side 1 of 2 148675-S; Part 4 Side 2 of 2 148678-S Cat. no. CN 3756/S
4th Disc: Part 4 Side 1 of 2 148677-S; Part 5 Side 2 of 2 148680-S Cat. no. CN 3756/S
(Hence, the missing disc must be Part 3 Side 2 of 2 and Part 5 Side 1 of 2)
The 4 discs are all in reasonable condition in plain white inner sleeves but the Part 4 Side 1 of 2 and Part 2 Side 2 of 2 discs both have a small number of very noticeable marks on them.
There are only 2 BBC Transcription Services custom sleeves. Both have felt tip and ball point timings written on them.
Finally, there are also 3 cue sheets for Parts 1, 4 and 5. All three have minor creases at the corners.
Overall, a nice set of 4 discs but unfortunately not complete.
