Issued on custom Apple labels with the postcard, inner sleeve with credits in a spiral, artist photos, and the flipside has the lyrics in a starburst style printed in black on unlined white paper. Original Postcard of John Lennon and pig. Vinyl - Nice with shine (see pics). Cover - Nice in original shrink with one small tear, pricing sticker, and no writing (see pics). Inner Sleeve - OK with wear (see pics). Postcard - Great with no creases (see pics). Tested with no skips on my turntable. Nice Play!
