UK 1st Press. Complete with inner sleeve, postcard and poster. Inner has seam split. Evidence of previous tape along bottom edge. Unplayed in 20 years. From an archived collection.

Notes :

Issued on custom Apple labels in a laminated sleeve with printed inner, poster and postcard. Inner sleeve has credits in a spiral, with artist photos; flipside has lyrics in a 'starburst' style, printed black on non-punched, unlined white paper. "Patent No.1,125,555 Made In Great Britain". 1st Press with Pinched Spine Cover. Pinched covers have bigger letters on spine than other covers. Artist name "john lennon" measures 17 mm on the pinched ones and about 13,5 mm on the others. The inner sleeve & label titles this release "Imagine: John Lennon and the Plastic Ono Band (With The Flux Fiddlers*)" *Most likely the ensemble of strings arranged by [a=Torrie Zito] All songs published by Northern Songs. NCB B2* joint copyright claimed by Ono Music Ltd. (* written 1968) Inner sleeve credits "the j & p duo" on track B5. A5 is titled "I Don't Want To Be A Soldier Mama I Don't Want To Die" on wallet. B1 is titled "Gimme Some Truth" on wallet. Alan White appears courtesy of Wizard Records Ltd. Ascot Studios was Lennon's studio at his UK home, Tittenhurst Park. Printer`s name printed inside cover. Not readable because cover is glued.
