John Lennon - Live Peace in Toronto - UK Apple - Core 2001
I seldom list any item as "rare" and the term is certainly overused when it comes to Beatles items. However this one with a complete calendar does not come up too often and how many of the original calendars are still around? So I will classify this as "hard to get"!
Condition
Side One - CORE 20001-A-1U. T stamped at two o'clock and 1 at ten o'clock Side Two - XCORE 2001-B-1U. R stamped at four o'clock and 1 at eleven o'clock
The vinyl is in stunning condition. Retains all of it's original sheen. Under my halogen downlights there is only minor evidence of sleeve removal signs. Grades as EX+
The labels have a number of spindle trails. Grades as EX
The sleeve is also in good condition, slight creasing and minor ringwear. Grades as EX
The Apple inner sleeve has some minor creasing and a small split at the bottom but is still in good shape. Grades as EX
The John & Yoko calendar is in brilliant condition. Minor creasing, slight ageing and small tape remnants along the top. Grades as VG+
Please note that I visually grade under halogen downlighters. This shows every mark as ordinary bulbs and sunlight can make the most scratched record look mint!
