Description
A 1st pressing of Walls And Bridges on the UK Apple label. Matrix Z5/Z6. Etchings have the US catalogue number crossed out - indicative of an early pressing. The heavy set vinyl comes housed in original tri-fold cover cover. Also included is the original lyric booklet and inner sleeve. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex+) In stunning condition and has clearly only seen the lightest of use. Under close inspection we could only make out a couple of ultra light marks - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing fro beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are silent and the audio comes across with perfect clarity. Interference is minimal - all we detected was a couple of crackles, briefly, in a couple of sections - i.e. very little at all. This is the kind of copy you'd go for if you are looking for ultimate audio...a beauty!
Cover (Ex) In great condition and this original cover is difficult to find in great condition and complete due to its complexity. That three segment flap thing on the front [no doubt a nightmare for the printer!] - is very well preserved all things considered! Creasing is very light as is edge wear - apart from the spine where the text is becoming illegible. The cover retains excellent rigidity and fares way better than most examples.
Booklet (Ex+) No issues at all. Spot on.
Inner Sleeve (Ex+) No issues at all. No splits.
