Description

John Lennon & Yoko Ono: Wedding Album vinyl LP box set w/ photo inserts/booklets. (SMAX-3361). OG 1969 press on Apple Records. This copy includes the following original components:


-Vinyl album (VG)


-original inner dust sleeve (VG)


-Gatefold Jacket (VG)


-1.5” x 6” photo strip (VG+)


-3.5” x 5.5” postcard (VG+)


-24” x 36” poster of wedding photos


-12” x 36” poster of John and Yoko lithographs (VG)


-12” square mylar bag (w/ “Bagism” printed on it) (VG+)


-11.5” square photo of a piece of wedding cake inserted in the mylar bag (VG)


-17 page black cover booklet of wedding photos and clippings (“The Press”) (VG)


-Copy of the wedding certificate, glued to the inside box lid (Fair/Good - see pics/description of box)


The outer box top and bottoms are detached from each other (see pics) so essentially it’s no longer a “box”, just top and bottom. Wedding license is still present and attached to inside of box cover, partially stained; overall the box is the weakest part of this package. The record, while not audio tested, is visually graded as VG with some hairlines and scuffs, but still quite glossy. Gatefold jacket is solid and sturdy, some signs of use and handling but in very good shape. The inserts are all in impressive shape as well.
