Here for auction: John Martyn "London Conversation": Mono UK first Pink label with orange/black circle logo.Thick vinyl with rough textured label's.Laminated front cover. 

I have checked all of both sides of the disc for sound quality on a Thorens TD160 with Shure M75 cartridge, Roksan Kandy RA mk III amp and B & W DM 603 floorstander's. I hope this gives a fair representation of the disc's quality in the description below.

Vinyl is in VG+ condition.Quite clean when initially viewed but with quite a number of small marks when more closely examined.Some of these give softish tics.

Some tracks are fine but we have tics side 1 on track 4. (a few tics),track 5. 20 tics,track 6. 30 tics some are intermittent and not continuous.Side 2 track 4. 20 tics,track 5. 20 tics and track 6. about 35 tics. 

Actually the sound quality is very good.Reproduction is clear and undistorted.Really very nice...And the disc lies flat and has no warping or kinks...Surfaces are pretty silent apart from the mentioned softish tics...Just a little light crackle in one or two quiet parts.

Cover is VG+ condition. Has some scuffing to it's edges and a few little tears and a bit of discolouration on the back.Overall still not too bad and it's clean and not grubby.

Label's EX+ Have minimal spindle marks and are free of any other marks or blemishes.

Inner sleeve looks as though it may be original and is EX.
