John Mayall with Eric Clapton - Bluesbreakers this is a first pressing of the first stereo pressing of this record on the Decca label (cat no SKL 4804) and with matrix nos. ZAL-7297P-1W/ZAL-7298P-1W and has the unboxed Decca label. This record is hard enough to find in any condition let alone in this exc/exc condition (record graded as per Record Collector Magazine guidelines). The vinyl retains its original glossy sheen and has had minimal play. There are a couple of very minor (and non-sounding) marks on side A but no defects at all evident on side B. Both sides play back superbly. The outer sleeve has no rips or tears and minimal edge & corner wear. There are some minor creases and some crushing to the spine bit it is still fully readable. There is no laminate lifting evident on the front side and only the slightest amount of decolourisation on the non-laminated rear side. The record retains its original poly-lined inner which is in excellent condition but the previous owner has written SKL 4804 (the cat no) in black ink on this sleeve. Both labels remain in excellent condition.
