Description
Along with the huge collection of ex military library tapes I'm working through, I also have my usual flow of tapes with a less storied past, but of course with rather cleaner boxes and labels, not a sticker or library stamp in sight.
This is another great John Mayall blues album, Looking Back, a compilation covering the years 1964 to 1968, with such luminaries as Clapton and Green among the guitar players and Jack Bruce and Mick Fleetwood on some tracks.
This is on London LPX70161 recorded in 4 track stereo at 3 3/4 ips, mastered and duplicated by Ampex, with no issues noted during my listening test.
