Condition: Used.
Mick Taylor exercising his blues licks prior to replacing Brian Jones in the Rolling Stones!
Following in the footsteps of Eric Clapton and Peter Green.
John Mayall’s Bluesbreakers were of course the legendary fertile musician’s breeding ground from which also came Cream, Fleetwood Mac, Colosseum, etc.

Well that’s good to know, because I just played it and unfortunately heard that it has a large amount of heavy crackle noise throughout. It’s doubtful this is from a manufacturing problem. More likely it was much-loved record and heavily played on Dansette record players with dust on the needle and maybe left around on the floor. Well it was the 60’s! So please don’t buy this unique historical artefact for the sound quality!
Record comes in a now yellowed and crumpled inner bag, housed in a plain white LP sleeve with handwritten ‘John Mayall’ on the front and ‘John Mayall’s Bluesbreakers Diary of a Band Vol. 1’ on the spine.
