Description

Atlantic Stereo LP SD 19156 "John Prine" by John Prine. 1978 repress of 1971 release (original catalog number was SD 8296). The vinyl is excellent. The cover is in its original shrink wrap, but there is water damage beneath it, as well as traces of mold in the upper right hand corner of the back (see photo.). There is no moldy/musty smell. It is my theory that the record was in storage for a very long time, water reached the cover, then, after another very long time, still in storage, it dried out, leaving traces of mold. The dead little mold beasts are now dust that I was able, for example, to brush off the inner lyric sleeve fairly successfully, (see picture.) The vinyl, which I am listening to as I write, plays and sounds super. Winning bidder add $4.50 for Media Mail postage. US sales only. Satisfaction guaranteed.
