Hard to find, the debut self-title masterpiece from John Prine on 2nd press US vinyl from mid-70s.   Hard to find.   Vinyl in VG+ condition with some light marks.  Has seen some play, but well-cared for.  All-analog sound is terrific.   Not dead silent like audiophile vinyl, so there are some ticks and slight crackle here and there but tracks nicely and nothing loudly obtrusive.   Cover is nice overall with minimal ringwear on front and no seam splits, except a half-inch separation at the top right.   Spine and top edges have some rub wear.   Corners have some compressions.  A light vertical scratch on front runs from bottom to midway.   Back has some age stains  and a few blotches.   Zoom in on pics for closer look.

All used records cleaned prior to shipment on my new Degritter 2 ULTRASONIC record cleaning machine.  Will be shipped with archival inner sleeve to protect original printed inner, with record placed outside of the jacket to avoid seam splits and everything is contained and protected in an outer plastic sleeve.  Comes from smoke-free, climate controlled home.  Shipped securely in premium record mailer (Mighty Music Mailers) with corner protection to ensure safe arrival to your home.

Jacket sealed in shrink wrap; Record unplayed.  Disc sold ungraded or "as is".

NM

Under bright light, appears unplayed or only played with great care and looks quite pristine/like new.   Only the very finest examples make this grade.

EX

Under bright light, may have one or two slight, but visible imperfections (i.e. sleeve scuffs, faint ‘hairline’ scratches, or other superficial marks) that will not affect play.  Overall, very clean.   May play as good as a Near Mint record, but visibly has minor imperfections.

VG+

Several visible imperfections. Has seen more wear and play than the higher grades, but still overall a very nice record. May have a few more sleeve scuffs or light unfeel-able scratches, or other superficial marks than an EX-graded record.

VG

VG will show signs of improper care or frequent play and handling, and will possibly have some deeper, feel-able scratch(es) that may make audible noise upon playback.  Generally meant to be either a starter copy or purchased to get a sense of sound quality of a particular pressing.
