Rare promotional LP from 1973 . Australian jazz legend John Sangster was commissioned to write a soundtrack for a tourist film to promote Surfer’s Paradise. The resultant album was a truly remarkable suite that transcended its humble origins. The music ranges from gentle bossa nova, to funky wah-wah guitar, to 70’s bachelor pad lounge-core, with many tracks featuring field recordings of local wildlife and nature – giving the album a uniquely Australian feel. With the shaft style cut "Gold Coaster". Features Kerrie Biddell, Errol Buddle and Don Burrows. Comes with a 16 page photo book inside stapled cover.
