PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS LP FOR THE QUALITY OF THE VINYL BUT RATHER FOR THE VALUE OF THE AUTOGRAPHS.


This is an autographed vinyl 3 LP vinyl record box set that is signed by tenor John Vickers (1926 - 2015) and bass Nicolai Ghiaurov.    The record box set is from the Opera "Medea" by Luiti Cherubini.  The autographs are on the front of the box set.   Starring in the opera was Maria Callas.   She did not sign.  The box set was made in Italy and is on Documents Records, release number DOC 21. 


It comes with a large booklet inside that contains the libretto which I believe is in Italian. 


I have provided 3 photos, the front where the autographs are located, the back with a photo of Maria Callas and the inside of the box set.  

 

    It is signed in black sharpie on the front cover by Nicolai Ghiaurov and in silver sharpie by John Vickers.    The vinyl itself by visual inspection only, appears to be in excellent condition.   The album cover and box are in excellent condition.     The album was made in Italy.
