~ Before placing a bid, please make sure to attentively read our updated international shipping policy ~
Original 1st US issue released on Apple Records of the third and final album in a succession of three experimental albums by John Lennon and Yoko Ono. It followed Unfinished Music No. 1: Two Virgins and Unfinished Music No. 2: Life with the Lions. The album was released in the US in April 1969. Perhaps, it isn’t the rarest Lennon’s album but please try remembering when was the last time you saw a factory sealed copy. I think there is only a handful of sealed copies remains and if it didn’t come from a unique collection of Beatles solo albums, then the possibility of finding it anywhere is extremely low. Considering that we’ve already mentioned the Beatles solo collection, please pay attention that a part of it is currently listed at our auction. Going back to the Wedding Album. This factory sealed box set contains inside an enormous amount of memorabilia and different inserts, which are just like the album itself are in virgin state:
17-page black cover booklet of wedding photos and clippings ("The Press")
12" x 36" poster of John and Yoko lithographs
24" x 36" poster of wedding photos
3-1/2" x 5-1/2" postcard
1-1/2" x 6" photo strip
Copy of the wedding certificate, glued to the inside box lid
12" square mylar bag with "Bagism" printed on it
11-1/2" square photo of a piece of wedding cake inserted in the mylar bag
We’ve never come across any copies of this album that would be pressed at any other pressing plant besides Capitol Records, Scranton, PA. It’s most likely this copy is no exception. This factory sealed box set album comes with an incredibly rare original 1969 silver gelatin print of John and Yoko made from the original photo negative.

The album is in stunning Mint Minus condition. The top right corner has a very light barely noticeable crease. The shrink wrap is fully intact, only having a very small barely noticeable tear at the bottom left corner, but no splits or missing pieces. The shrink wrap contains two breathe holes, one on each side of the album. The original silver gelatin photo is in amazing vintage condition.
