Description

Here’s a very nice original 45 of “Folsom Prison Blues” and “So Doggone Lonesome” by Johnny Cash and the Tennessee Two. Ebay is loaded with reproductions of this 45… make no mistake! This is an original pressing from 1955 on the Sun label, number 232. The vinyl grades VG+ to VG++, plays well with the typical Sun label “hiss” found on these somewhat crudely made pressings. Matrix numbers in the trailoff are U-172-45 and U-173-45. Labels have a small number written on them. Great copy of one of Johnny Cash’s all time classic tunes!
