Description

 Johnny Costa Plays Mister Rogers' Neighborhood with all music by Fred Rogers.  MRN-8600.  The sleeve is in EX condition - what keeps it from NM is some light discoloration at the bottom-right on the front and a slight smudge on the back under the last track listed under "Side 2", which should be visible in the picture.  The record is EX and plays great.  There are some light paper scuffs on both sides.
