Description
A nearly perfect copy of this rare, Deep Soul 45 by Johnny Dynamite. The Night The Angels Cried is a wonderful rendition but the B-side, "Everybody's Clown," is a real Deep Soul gem and the reason this record is so coveted. This stock copy comes from my personal collection and has clean, bright labels on both sides. The vinyl looks shiny, nearly unplayed. Imperfections are slight but I'll list them in order of magnitude since this is such an expensive record.
A-side: Three small manufacturing "dimples" in the vinyl that don't affect play, some small paper scuffs, a few faint scratches
B-side: One visible mark that doesn't adversely affect play on my Technics but it's big enough to photograph so I've included a picture. There are a few faint scratches and paper scuffs too, some light ink or dirt on the label
I'd grade it at a strong VG+ based on these minor issues but really, I've never seen a better copy of this record. Even the stock copies usually have BB holes punched in them but not this one. Take a look at the photos, send any questions.
