Here is a label we have not done yet...Riverside...check it out.
For sale is a USED copy of Johnny Griffin's 1958 album "Johnny Griffin Sextet" issued on Riverside Records. Catalogue number RLP 12-264. This is a mono pressing. Address is 553 West 51st Street, New York 19, NY. Vinyl is VG-/VG with some surface wear, but not bad. Another pretty nice LP that plays and sounds pretty good. It's not a Van Gelder, but is the next best thing. Employs the "Riverside-Reeves Spectrosonic" high fidelity system. Label is in very good shape with almost no spindle marks. Side two label has a very light mark but hardly visible. Played back with an Ortofon MC 10 Super cartridge. Cover is VG-/VG with some ring wear. The centre of the front cover has a kind of heavy circle, from shelf wear, which we will not attempt to remove. Other than that, the cover is pretty clean. There is a name written in ink in the margin left of the centre liner note column. There is even an original price sticker on the front cover. It reads $1.00. The spine is in good shape and completely readable. Corner dents are pretty minimal. Does not come with an original inner sleeve. Any other questions are welcome via e-mail. Item shipped in a cardboard cover with pads for extra protection. Also comes in a brand new outer plastic sleeve and a Discwasher inner sleeve. Record will be separated from cover to prevent any damage to the item. Comes from a non-smoking and pet-free environment. Shipped media mail through the care of the United States Postal Service.
