Description
Johnny Otis, "Rock n' Roll Hit Parade Volume 1" original 1958 DIG LP 104 second pressing on heavy vinyl with yellow cover and pink labels.
Vinyl: G+ Several visible scratches and scuff marks that result in mild audible background surface noise, but no skips. The record plays through with surprisingly good sound quality. Two names are written on both of the pink labels.
Cover: G Previous owner used masking tape to repair top and bottom seams and clear tape to repair the spine. There are two black ink spots on the front cover and some discoloration and wear at the bottom of the back cover (see photos).
If you can tolerate the issues noted with the cover, this is another rare LP that plays better than it looks. Not recommended for the audiophile, but a nice addition for the collector looking for value.
