Here is your chance to own an excellent condition copy of the debutfirst legendary album by Johnny Otis titled The Johnny Otis show on UK Capitol T940.I have to say this is the first time I have ever seen this album offered onauction. The twelve tracks are Shake it, Lucy baby, Romance in the dark, Loopde loop, Lonely river, A story untold, Can’t you hear me callin’ and on sidetwo Theme and Good golly Stay with me, It’s too soon to know, Hum Ding a Ling,Livin’ in misery, Ma (he’s making eyes at me), Tell me so. For a recordthat is around sixty years old, as this is, in this kind of condition makes itabout as rare as they come. As the pictures show both sides of the coverare, like the labels spotless. The vinyl retains its sheen and the playingsurface is in excellent condition with no blemishes or marks. This is another record from my own personnel collectionwhich I have had since I bought it when it was released and probably has notbeen played in the last forty plus years or since I obtained the tracks Iwanted on various C.D’s.
