Description
Released by Jolly in 1969, cat # JY-021; this is “Dearest†/ “ London City†by Bonny with Joe Nolan and the Dynamic Heat Wave.

This record comes in it’s original plain white sleeve with release date of the 14th November 1969 stamped in the corner and a plea from the record label to “plug please†also written on the sleeve!
Both labels are clean with only a couple spindle marks on the B-side label. A biro’d “A†is applied to the A-side label which you can see in the scan. The A-side surface has some marks where the pen used to write on the sleeve has made an impression on the vinyl! Bonkers in this day and age to do that to a single, but this was a product to be marketed and I suppose the companies wouldn’t have given it a second thought! There are also a few very small surface marks.
Fortunately the writing impression is only a visual effect as there is no sound deterioration at all. I’ve not really cleaned this record that much and straight out with a light clean it plays close to mint. I can see why the record company wanted this record plugged!
Postage and packing for one record will be £1.10 UK, £1.80 Europe and £2.50 USA and the Rest of the World. For two records, the costs are £1.30 UK, £2.20 Europe and £3.20 USA and the Rest of the World.
Insurance is extra and will be required if the value of the record or overall consignment exceeds £28.
