Outer Cover: very good, light edge crease.  Inner Cover: very good, light scuff.  Record: very good (almost "like new"), custom label.  Obi: very good, light scuff and light crease.  Lyric Sheet (English): good/very good, light wrinkle.  Lyric Sheet (Japanese): very good (almost "like new"), light wrinkle, twofold.  Inner Sleeve: good/very good, light crease, company poly sleeve.  Technical Notes: very good, light wrinkle, twofold.  Advertising Sheet: good/very good, small crease, threefold.  Questionnaire Card: like new.
