Description
Hannetts actual drawing no 3 .Found about six months ago whilst researching for the forthcoming Hannett film, found along with notes by Hannett about recording techniques and equipment used on Unknown Pleasures and Closer- the documents typed by Hannett will appear in the forthcoming book. But here we have an A3 size flow diagram drawn and signed by Martin Hannett showing the flow diagram through the studio of Bernard's guitar ie what equipment was linked to what in Strawberry Studios for the recording of the guitar on Unknown Pleasures. Hannett apparently drew this in 1982. There were 4 prints made from the original by Hannett so only five of this drawing in total exist -all are on the same sort of paper and are numbered 1 to 5 this is number 3 for sale, there are no tear holes and paper is in reasonably good condition, would look fantastic framed
Have not shown the drawing print in full as only the buyer will get to see the print in full and treasure it
it is no 3 as numbered by Hannett
We have numbered this drawing "sale drawing no 1" on a provenance certificate but it is Hannett's third drawing as 1 and 2 are not for sale
This is a unique Martin Hannett Joy Division artefact
will ship anywhere in the world well packed in a tube
